Every system we install is an air-to-air heat pump, which means it works both ways: crisp, quiet cooling through a Wiltshire heatwave, and highly efficient heating in winter — typically 3–4kW of heat for every 1kW of electricity used. The indoor unit sits high on the wall where the airflow can wash the room; the outdoor condenser needs a discreet external spot with clearance for airflow.
